No, these are digital images created from scratch in Photoshop using watercolour brushes. This is a more affordable way for people to own a pet portrait. Original watercolour paintings would be 5 times the price! And trust us, once your fur baby is framed and up on the wall, you won’t care which medium it’s in!

Yes! We will send you a proof of the portrait to make sure you’re happy with it before we send it to you.
We very rarely have unsatisfied customers, but if you feel like you don’t like your portrait, then we are happy to give you your money back, minus a small fee for our artist’s time.
Yes! We’re based in the UK, so shipping here is usually 2-3 days. For European countries 4-5 days, and the rest of the world 7-10 days.
